In my church, children are baptized when they are eight years old. This week I made a cake for a little boy who is getting baptized today. It has the gold plates on it, the plate that we believe the Book of Mormon was translated from. I hope he loves his cake!
The base cake was a chocolate/white marble cake. The plates part was chocolate/white marble cake with Bavarian cream filling.
