It was my dad's birthday in August. No one in my immediate family had any ideas on what to do for his birthday cake. So I picked out an argyle pattern for him.
The cake was chocolate with chocolate filling and a fondant finish.
Evidently, my three-year old couldn't wait for the party to taste the cake. Good thing Grandpa didn't mind!
