My husband loves gingersnaps, and gingerbread cookies. They are his favorites. He likes them crunchy so he can dip them into milk. I made the first batch of gingerbread cookies of the season yesterday. I think they are half gone already! My boys helped cut out the shapes. I think we'll have to make more before the week is out!
