My oldest turned seven yesterday. He is a MarioKart fanatic, so of course he requested a MarioKart cake. It is a chocolate/vanilla checkerboard cake with chocolate buttercream filling on the inside. The outside is fondant and royal icing. The figures I bought on ebay!
